		<description>Great article!  I totally agree with what you said about a budget needing a monthly review.  I used to think that once I put it on paper, that was it, no changes would be necessary.  I was wrong!

What has helped me so much is CalendarBudget.com.  For only $4.95 a month, I can create my budget, make changes when necessary, and get email reminders.  Great tool.  Since we are now on a fixed income, every penny counts!</description>
